The pizza taste and looks like it was made yesterday and just re heated. The fact my pizza came tasteless is pretty sad. thankfully I got some Garlic dip. I can’t believe I’m going to have to say Pizza Pizza or a frozen pizza from a grocery store taste better than this which is sad. I’ve ordered from here a few times, their food is always freshly made and tastes great (I always get a medium pizza with extra cheese or half extra cheese and h... read more I’ve ordered from here a few times, their food is always freshly made and tastes great (I always get a medium pizza with extra cheese or half extra cheese and half mushrooms). I usually call beforehand to place an order, and depending on who answers the phone, you might end up speaking with someone who talks over you and doesn’t give you much of a chance to finish the rest of your order, or just hangs up on you once you’ve ordered without saying anything else. This happened to me last time I called, so I called back because I had to make sure our order was received and I actually thought the call might’ve ended due to cell service — turns out the guy just hung up on me. In person service was no better, usually there are two guys there that I’m familiar with who provide okay service, this time there was a different guy by himself. He took our payment and I paid with AMEX, which apparently wasn’t allowed although there is no sign that says otherwise. I was having a rough day so I didn’t say much and just nodded, while my partner responded with “oh okay sorry we didn’t know.” He said it was okay since the payment already went through, then proceeded to say they don’t take it because AMEX charges them too much. Again, I just looked at him and nodded, to which he felt the need to respond by saying “hello???” in a loud tone as if I couldn’t hear him, and waving his hand directly in my face. I said “I heard you” as I clearly had responded non-verbally by nodding, and my partner had also verbally responded by saying okay, to which he then said to me, “okay well you’re not saying anything.” He handed me our food while staring at me like I did something wrong, and I was absolutely shocked to say the least. I usually don’t like to write reviews like this, but I thought this interaction was extremely insensitive because you never know what someone might be going through. That is no way to treat a customer at any establishment and I would hate for someone else to experience the same thing at this place.
