I’ve been to this Subway 3 times in the past few weeks only bc it is close to my work. I try to give grace as sometimes it’s just a bad day for the workers or whatever. But, I won’t be back. The girl and man that work there seem like they are out of it all the time. They act as if they can’t hear you. They seem annoyed at you . The counter is absolutely filthy. They leave the containers that are supposed to be covered half open and the veggies look terrible. The ice machine is always out of ice. It’s just gross.

I called because I placed an online order, but they hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Not only were they rude, but my sandwiches were also completely incorrect and not what I had ordered.

Placed an online order. Was told a time to pick up and that order would be ready. Got there 2 mins after time stated. Had to wait 14 minutes to even be acknowledged then another 29 minutes to have them prepare and serve me my order. And there was only 2 customers there in the store at this time. Then after we got order got home the order was totally wrong. One foot long was not what we ordered at all. It was ordered as Chicken and was served beef. Then was charged to add guacamole and cheese and neither was put on the sandwich. Second foot long was just meat cheese not any of the veggies we ordered on the sub. Ordered a dozen cookies and they are usually our families favorite, but these were overcooked, dark brown and crunchy not soft and fresh like they normally are. And it was at noon not late at night. So they should have been fresh. The girl that served us was not very customer service friendly at all and was really quiet rude. Not just to me but the other 2 customers in the store. The only good thing I can say is she just changed her gloves between customers. But all in All the worst experience I've ever had at any Subway. Awful. Will not go back to this restaurant.

I WENT THERE TO HAVE A SUB. AND SIT DOWN AND RELAX. WHILE I ATE. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I HAD THE STEAK AND CHEESE. WITH BLACK OLIVES AND PICKLES, BANNANA PEPPERS. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

Been waiting 40 minutes to get a foot long sub. 10 people walked out and left. Then they stopped to do a mobile order of 4 sandwiches when it was our turn to order. I left to go get my food from another location while my daughter was in line and still had to come back and wait!!!! They didn't know how to key in a coupon or use a gift card. Absolutely horrible and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
