Food arrived hot. 30 minutes after delivery the hot sour soup still burned my palette, and was plentiful with mushrooms. All dishes were well-seasoned and the orange chicken (yes, I know it’s Americanized and not authentic), with large chunks of orange peel, was some of the best I’ve had anywhere across the US. My order of “crab” cheese wontons included 8 pieces at the price where most similar restaurants only include 6. They also added a free eggroll and provided plenty of sweet sour sauce. In sum, this is likely the best Americanized Chinese restaurant I’ve ordered from, and will certainly order again
