When I visit... read more I had a great experience at KFC Urangan thanks to the manager, Jack. After I raised a concern, they graciously offered me a complimentary coleslaw. When I visited the KFC Urangan location and requested the hot and spicy chicken, they informed me that they were unable to assist. I then called KFC Pialba, and despite being sold out, Jack promised to prepare a fresh batch just for me. This level of service is exactly what you’d hope for, even from a fast-food restaurant. They really know how to treat their customers right—well done!

However, o... read more The signage for the drive-through could use some improvement, and the staff member who took our order that day was a bit abrupt and not very helpful. However, our mega feast box was freshly cooked and delicious, with everything included (which is definitely a plus!). Overall, KFC Hervey Bay wasn’t too bad.
