The manager Jack was really helpful, I just made a complaint to KFC Urangan and they gave me a free coleslaw. Went to the KFC Urangan restaurant and ask for hot and spicy and they said they couldn't help. Rang KFC Pialba, and even though that they sold out, Jack said that he'll put a fresh batch in for me. The service is what it should be even though this is fast food. Never turn away a customer, well done View all feedback.

Signage for the drive-through could be better while the staff member who took our order that day, was quite abrupt and not very helpful. Our mega feast box however was freshly cooked and delicious with no items missing (which is a bonus! Overall not too shabby KFC HERVEY BAY
