What User doesn't like about Jamaica Blue:
I have been here on a few different occasions and had seen the owner yelling at one of her young staff members. This was not appropriate and there is always different staff there. It is okay coffee, however the service by the 2 owners is awful and I will never go back here. View all feedback.
We used this café for a refreshing break while shopping in Stockland. Quite adequate for the needs of the moment. Good coffee.
This is my favorite cafe in Hervey Bay for coffee. Go there whenever l am in town. I find the service and most of all for the coffee.
Service was a bit slow at the counter, only wanted coffee, a bit pushy about buying food, asked 3 times if I wanted anything to eat. Wait staff friendly.

Coming into Hervey Bay after exploring out west it was so good to find Jamaica Blue Cafe.Great tasting coffee and a delicious brunch.....just the thing after living on instant coffee for 2 weeks. The staff were so friendly and even though we had a slight "hiccup" with our order it did not detract from a delightful dining experience. We have visited these shops in other towns and they are all really easy going, friendly staff with excellent customer service. And with a loyalty card you get "treats" which seem to be fairly frequent...so adds to the pleasure. Delicious coffee☕
