I wanted to try something else because it's somehow hidden. my fish have taken a long time, but they are very new and work out the glitter. I understand that, as I myself am chief. it was worth waiting. my steamed fish was fantastic, desert sorrow was refreshing. the place was tastefully decorated, I would go back when I returned to phuket. Overall disappointing. The Thai food I chose (beef salad and crab in curry powder) was poor standard. Beef was tough and sauce lacked like juice and sugar. Crab curry did not taste of curry and was stodgy. First Thaitini cocktail was great but second was watered down and replaced. Can't recommend for good Thai food. Street food better. I decided to try this restaurant because it is somewhat hidden. It took a while for my fish dish to be served, but it was freshly prepared and delicious. I can relate to the wait, as I am a chef myself. The steamed fish was outstanding, and the flavors were refreshing. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and I would definitely return when I am back in Phuket.
This restaurant on Boat Road is the best by far. It offers a variety of cuisines including Thai, French, and Italian. The location in Laguna is romantic and beautiful, making it a highly recommended dining spot.
We went to this restaurant with a group of 6, including 2 small children, and had a very negative experience. Only 2 tables were occupied so it was almost empty. The staff was friendly and spoke English, but they seemed to be struggling. The service was slow, and our waitress mixed up alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and even got the names of cocktails wrong. However, the cocktails themselves were good. The food was okay, but our burger was undercooked despite us asking for it well-done, and the salad was not dressed as we requested. The octopus had a rubbery texture. The women's restroom was clean but only had one working faucet, and we even saw a rat running between tables when we needed to alert the staff. On a positive note, the restaurant had a beautiful design and a lovely view, making it a potentially good spot for a romantic date as long as hunger isn't an issue.
Uring our stay at Laguna Boat Avenue, this restaurant was the perfect spot for dining and enjoying drinks. The staff members were polite and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We can't wait to return soon.
My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring the town. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff. We enjoyed a delicious meal and some drinks while taking in the beautiful view of the lagoon.
