This restaurant, along with Soul on Kamala Beach, are the two best pl... read more I have been in this area for nearly two weeks and have been searching for good vegan food. This restaurant, along with Soul on Kamala Beach, are the two best places I have found so far. The owner was very knowledgeable about vegan dishes and explained what ingredients were removed or added in order to make a dish vegan. Although you cannot see the sunset from the restaurant, the view is still incredible. The restaurant is located a bit further from the city center, but this also means it is very peaceful and quiet. There is no heavy traffic to disrupt the view or enjoyment of the food. I had such a great experience here that I had to write my first review on HappyCow.

The owner is very mi... read more They were in the area for nearly two weeks and found some great vegan food options. The top two places were These and Soul at Kamala Beach. The owner is very mindful of vegan dishes and will explain any modifications made to ensure they remain vegan. Even without a view of the sunset, the scenery is incredible. While These is located a bit outside of the city center, it is still very peaceful and free from heavy traffic that could disrupt the dining experience. The experience was so enjoyable that it prompted me to leave my first review on HappyCow.
