The fries were cold. I ordered over the phone and picked up my order right on time, and I live just two minutes away. By the time I got home, the fries were completely cold, and the boneless wings were full of fatty tendons. They were mostly breading with barely any hot sauce. This was the worst meal I've ever had from Wingstop.

The chicken was especially bad: tough, rubbery, full of tendons, and it seemed like little care was taken in its preparation. Overall, it was an unpleasant meal that left a bad impression.

When... read more I would give this place zero stars if I could. I definitely do not recommend it. The experience was terrible! I ordered wings but didn't receive any fries. When I called to inquire, the woman I spoke to said she would make them, but then she never told me when I could pick them up and abruptly hung up on me. I am really appalled by this place. Additionally, the staff at the front seems unprofessional; they are always on their phones instead of attending to customers.
