What A Burger, you really... read more Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The food was cold and the burger had a hard, cold bun. I returned it and got the same cold food!! What A Burger, you really dropped the ball. I was extremely disappointed. My shake, which was supposed to be strawberry, was actually vanilla with a small streak of strawberry. I can't believe this. $35 down the drain!! The health department should definitely come inspect this place for proper temperatures. I wish I had taken a picture. Ughhhh.

Would think a manager would know how to redeem a receipt but, she was a little confused. I usually hand them the receipt to redeem, info is on receipt, she’s totally lost. Wouldn’t even gotten upset had she, not given me a little attitude. Not my fault that, you’re incompetent. Maybe that’s what Whataburger on 75th Ave Palm Ln is aiming for. And sitting here eating my lunch, I can see what kind of shift she’s running. Especially the two running out the orders. They’re the laziest runners ever. ? Do better.

While I'm not par... read more I had my first experience at Whataburger recently. The food was satisfactory. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. The food arrived hot. While I'm not particularly fond of skinny fries, these were enjoyable and not too salty. The burger was decent, though it didn't stand out in terms of flavor. On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly and readily offered directions to the restroom. They also cleaned the tables promptly when we requested it. Overall, everyone working there was quite welcoming. However, there was an individual who seemed intoxicated, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. We decided to leave shortly after that.

I had a... read more I'm currently on a cross-country motorcycle trip and I find myself in Phoenix. Since this chain isn't available in Florida, I decided to give it a shot. I had always been doubtful about the In-N-Out hype and anticipated that Whataburger might let me down. However, to my surprise, it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the food was of high quality at a fair price. This has quickly become my favorite stop out west. While I still appreciate more upscale burger joints, Whataburger truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!
