Burgers essentially prepare immediately what was nice, but could not have been cooked to order as there would have been no time for it. Usually clean, but sometimes they are little behind the cleaning tables. The ketchup dispensers do not seem to work anymore so that ketchup packages must be requested by the counter. Otherwise, this is better than many other Wendy's locations.

The staff were very attentive to my wife's needs, particularly when she requested a fresh batch of French fries. However, the fries served were not as hot and fresh as she required due to her chemotherapy, as she needs to be cautious about infections and foodborne illnesses. The friendly staff made an effort to check on us after we received our new order. Overall, we appreciated their personal attention and support. Thank you for your excellent service!

However, I must say that my two quickest drive-thru experiences have both happened at this place, with the second one occurring on a fantastic Tuesday. And what a great Tuesday it is! I'm about to enjoy my spicy chicken packs now.

The burger looked just like the ones in the advertisements, which is something I haven’t seen before. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant atmosphere. It’s easy to locate from the street, and the drive-thru is efficient and convenient.

Unfortunately they do occasionally miss items when ordering via drive-through but it seems more because they are being rushed than due to carelessness so just check your food before you leave.
