I ordered a simple spicy sandwich with a frosty combo for dining in, but I received my meal in a bag. I had to wait for my frosty and ask for a tablet, which turned out to be small when I had requested a large. To top it off, the sandwich was just a regular dollar chicken sandwich. The level of incompetence was astonishing. Times are tough, but this experience was simply unacceptable. I ended up asking for a refund.

The staff was not friendly at all when I mentioned that there was water on the floor that made it feel unsafe. No one addressed the issue. I also saw an employee take a chicken nugget out of the basket, only to put it back again. It was quite disgusting.
