In these challenging times, everyone is doing their best, and the team here is no exception. I was addressed as "sir," and the service was prompt. I believe that as fuel prices decrease, they will have more accessible products to work with, leading to more consistent and timely deliveries. We're all in this together.
I ordered fried dishes with speckkäse, but when they arrived, they were still cold. The staff was not friendly at all when I mentioned that there was water on the floor that made it feel unsafe. No one addressed the issue. I also saw an employee take a chicken nugget out of the basket, only to put it back again. It was quite disgusting.
I ordered 2 10pc nugget meal, they gave me 8 pieces in one and 9 pieces in the other and one of my nuggets had mold on it. When I came back, they tell them that they had a refund and only a bit of 10pc (was actually 9 pieces) nuggets instead of the meal we had originally ordered. we were just hungry and stayed home because it was late.
