The restaurant closes at 6:30 PM, and the staff seemed irritated when we requested to open the doors. I ordered a simple spicy sandwich with a frosty combo for dining in, but I received my meal in a bag. I ordered fried dishes with speckkäse, but when they arrived, they were still cold. The staff was not friendly at all when I mentioned that there was water on the floor that made it feel unsafe. No one addressed the issue. I also saw an employee take a chicken nugget out of the basket, only to put it back again. It was quite disgusting.
