What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
the new French fries are already a long one. but they usually look like the old French pommes. most burned or soggy. the nuggets were dry. I'm pretty sure the people who have gone to wendy lately were for the new ones. but as I said, they look as bad as the old pommes. it seems as if no one is more proud of their work. it seems like nobody cares. I am impressed I've been in the neighborhood for about 6 to 7 years it was 10:27am when I called this lady took my order was so nice I told her I would be there in 5 minutes I know it's not protocol but man what a customer service a I was there within 3 minutes and she was so happy and friendly she has to be new and I hope that was the manager what a great service today you made my day and to top it off my kids were...
