1/2 of my fries were still frozen, nuggets were spicy and I didn?t order them that way and No lettuce on my sandwich.Im. Very upset I want to be reimbursed for at least one meal. It was a biggie meal
Sandwiches tasted not so good, as well the store looked closed at 11pm when the store is open till 12am i nearly just drove away because i assumed it was closed but because i used the app to order and drove thru the drive thru. I even asked the person doing my oder why the lights are off and they said its always been like that. which i feel is BS
Worst experience ever! I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes just to get told that there registers were down and wouldnt be able to take my order. Then she topped it off with that her 4 firers where down as well. Then rather than having the people pull thru that were able to order I had to continue to wait in line behind them for another 10 minutes!
Wendy?s have always been known for their fresh burgers (not anymore) and their Frostys (best thing ever) until they introduced vanilla (bad move) and now the peppermint frosty that they show a whole different product than what you get? no bueno justsaying
