Wendy's - Phoenix

Slowest drivethru of any Wendy's I've experienced. Only had one lane one and took 10 minutes per car to take an order. Waited for 20 minutes and and then was told they were no longer serving breakfast and I could come back in 10 minutes if I wanted lunch. Service at this location is always bad, but this was the worst I've ever seen it. Don't go to this dump the service is the worst!

Never seen such a slow paced staff at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Doesn 't help its ran by a bunch of teenagers, did not see one shift leader over 21. Got a front cashier that doesn 't greet the long line of customers waiting on them. Not once did they say sorry I 'll be right with you . No urgency. No courtesy. ???? HIGHLY recommend you get someone OLDER and EXPERIENCED to train your staff on multi tasking and customer service immediately.

Waited in a line from car to 1st loudspeaker in the thru running gear. after waiting for minutes said the rude cash that the line was closed, refused my order, even after waiting in the line and other cars their order. I explained the line is open, no way to know their closed. the bank was rude in its answer, in the grunde oh well. this is actually the second time that this happened at this place. will never return to this place again. eating is terrible, the staff is rude and obviously not happy to work there.

Wendy's location 51st Ave and Indian School. We will NEVER go to this location again.I had to give it 1 star because zero stars was not an option. This is the absolute worst Wendys I have ever been too. It started off great as the employee working the drive thru was great. 1st we asked if they had cookies, she went and checked and said they do so we added a few. We ordered 2 combo meals, large sized and 2 large cups of chili. She she read everything back after we ordered. We got to the window and paid and then she says they dont have any cookies. Then she tried to ask if we wanted to substitute the cookies for another drink. We declined. She got upset and closed the window. From that point on it was a disaster. 1 of the burgers we ordered was a special order, except we got it completely plain and dry. Just meat. We recieved medium frys and 1 large drink and 1 small drink. The 2 large cups of chili were the smaller ones. By this time we had been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and an additional 10 at the window. When trying to get large drinks like we ordered she wanted the reciept because she said we didnt order drinks????? ? Then she was upset that she had to get 2 new drinks. She handed them to us and closed the door and walked off. Nothing else said. Her attitude and smug comment's was about to set me off so I left without getting the correct order.P.S. the guy in front of us also pulled over and went i side with his food, it was all wrong as well. The employess at the drive thru were all teenagers. The manager was of no help either. He was the one that offered a drink instead of cookies. He didnt want to process the refund.

Never ever will I go to Wendy's again the food was terrible first of all they gave our order to another customer and no lid for drinks the meat was so dry
