What AZ Grandpa Don doesn't like about Wendy's:
The location is quite good, and the staff is nice. The dining area was clean. However, the manager didn’t appear very professional; I’m not judging her ability to manage, but her appearance didn’t convey professionalism. The food was acceptable. The cashier was helpful, though she seemed a bit impatient and didn’t seem entirely familiar with her role. Would I return to this location? I suppose so. View all feedback.
I ate in Wendy's on 23. Avenue and Hirschtal about last night and the two ladies who helped me have done an excellent job to answer my questions and offer solutions that fit me. The staff behind the grill were spectacular as my food came out like the picture on the ride through menu and tasted twice as good. A perfect 10 for the Wendy's crew and I highly recommend eating there, you will not regret!!!!
This Wendy has a great service. They treat long lines quickly and accurately. My order is always correct and the food is always hot. There are pommes as advertised. Freshly cooked, hot and crispy.
Food was very good!! Had to wait over 5 minutes to get our order taken. That was due to short staffing. Staff very friendly!! Value was great for the price of meal.
I put in a large order through uber eats expecting the food to take a long time, however my food arrived so fast and Wendy's was able to have the order ready in less than 10 minutes. Not only was the order accurate but it was also very delicious and still hot. This was a great meal and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Check out the remains of my meal! I recommend this place to anyone who wants a fast and awesome bite to eat.
This is not for Wendy’s deer valley is the best Wendy’s around this complainant is for Arby’s next store since you can’t post anything about Arby’s again nothing bad about Wendy’s deer valley nothing but praise for them. Three strikes right you’re out well try 6 strikes in less then 2 weeks. I never look in the bag I always ask them it’s all here right “yes “ but never is I have been stiffed over 30 dollars in missing items I called left a message with employee and when I went back with receipts no note was left for manager and then I waited close to 10 minutes at order board when I was passed up by another car they went to window were served b4 me and I was told to hold on so I am nowhere close to being satisfied not even a sorry if I ran my company this way I would first be ashamed then hope customers return for a better experience
