This location seems to have high employee tu... read more Tried to order a Frosty ccino at 7:30PM and was told they had already cleaned the frosty machine so sorry, too bad. This location seems to have high employee turnover and yet every new batch is just as bad as the others. They act like you are big inconvenience to them just for making a regular order. I have started going to the one a mile south which seems to have a bit better customer service.

Walk up to cou... read more This is the most disgusting Wendy's I have ever been in, 8/20/22 . Trash and food all over floor.. bathroom had no TP and no towels to dry hands. Walk up to counter to be attacked by flies. Ignored by employees.. watched one employee throw trash in the garbage and push down, continued to work without washing hands. Observed one employee slipping while walking due to not wearing non slip shoes... we ended up walking out. The GM and above restaurant managers should be paying much more attention to this restaurant..

Waited 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Had to say hello twice at the drive through speaker and kept being told one moment. I finally just backed out and when I drove around the other 2 cars were long gone and the employees werejust standing by the window. Went to a Chik fil A and was in and out in 5 minutes despite a long line. Given all the bad reviewsthis place needs to shut down.

The employee didnt bag my stuff to go and basically spilled my fries on the tray Instead of offering a new order of fries this guy scooped what he could put it in the bag and called it good. While a quarter of my frieswere left on the tray he handed me the bag like here u go . So I asked him where is my drink and he was like. Oh my bad.Grabbed me a cup and I got my drink which was flat and the manager knew the drinks were pouring flat and didnt think it wasimportant to warn the paying customers. It took my inner Christian to not go off on this whole situation. Needless to say thisplace sucked
