I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes while the employees chatted and laughed, clearly not taking their jobs seriously. Everyone had to repeat their orders, and the lobby was closed for DoorDash pickups. The food felt neither fresh nor warm in the bag, which meant I had to deliver cold food to my customers later on. This isn't just hurting your business; it's affecting DoorDash and its drivers as well.

Charles was so kind and polite and Amber was amazing at correcting the issue and making sure I left as a satisfied customer. I will definitely be returning! Everyone makes little mistakes and they handled it with grace and understanding! A+ team.
