No one answered the phone.

Your... read more I just spent 15 minutes waiting in your drive-thru, only to be informed that corporate has decided summer is over and you’re no longer open until midnight. Your Google listing, the signs, and even your motto—“Eat great even late”—all suggest otherwise! Something needs to change: either every store should be informed of the new closing time, or you need to update your signs and website to reflect your current hours accurately, and ensure your staff is trained accordingly. I’m really disappointed with the decline in Wendy’s over the past year and a half.

I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes while the employees chatted and laughed, clearly not taking their jobs seriously. Everyone had to repeat their orders, and the lobby was closed for DoorDash pickups. The food felt neither fresh nor warm in the bag, which meant I had to deliver cold food to my customers later on. This isn't just hurting your business; it's affecting DoorDash and its drivers as well.

Waited in drive through for 25 minutes. The employees were joking around, laughing and definitely not taking their job seriously. Everyone had to repeat their order, the lobby was closed for door dash pickup. Food didn?t feel fresh andwarm in the bag. Had to deliver to customers later with cold food. This isn?t just affecting your business at this point, it?saffecting door dash and its workers.

Could tell the employ... read more Overall just a mediocre experience at this establishment.. the drive thru was pretty full at the time so I figured I'd try my luck inside. Could tell the employee at the counter wanted to be anywhere but at work, just waited my turn. Felt like a goodchunk of time had passed after placing my order and oddly enough I was right. Got my order fifteen minutes later for a soggyburger, hard nuggets and cold fries.. I couldn't tell if it was intentional or if they made it and just forgot to hand it out.Either way, I would recommend elsewhere if you are limited on time like I was and if you don't want to be let down uponreceiving your order.
