They always serve great tasting vegan pho with veggie broth and fried tofu. the Pho-Veggies (bean sprouts, limette, thai basilikum) are always fresh, and they give them a big part, so they probably get two meal times from one. this is my favorite vegan place in the city.
This restaurant is clean and makes beautiful fresh dishes. large parts. perfect for veg eaters who need a place where even these pesky omnivores can eat, I had the veg spring rolls with erdnuss sauce and the veggie soup ' which is really vegetable pho. both great, but the pho really stood out. the broth was very tasteful and came with many sprouts, limette, paprika etc. to put in the suppe. service was fast and friendly. I will definitely go back!
I accidentally discovered this restaurant before it was on happy cow, and I ordered the phosuppe with a sweet broth, sweet and tofu. the staff is always friendly and courteous and will make every dish on their menu vegan question. I recommend ordering the phosuppe, which has a fine but very tasty Chinese five spice vegetable broth, brokkoli, carrots, planks, flowers and vermicelli nudeln. the aromas are very fresh, and they never boil over their sweetness. they bring a beautiful plate of Vietnamese mint, fresh jalapeno, and drone on the table so that they add to their suppe. every time I eat this suppe, I feel amazing after that. another one of my favorites is the tomato dish. this dish, like the Pho soup, is really freshly tasting. it has a tangie (empty) basic and is served with tofu and rice. who would have thought that something as easy as tomaten and tofu could taste as terrifying! ask for the vegetarian menu to see other dishes. carnivores have a very nice selection. the phosuppe can be gluten-free because I think the vermicelli nudels are rice, but do not take my word for them. they can also order young Thai chocolates to drink. everything on the menu is less than nizza atmosphere, but the huge tw is a little distracting and the chairs are unpleasant.
We go here a few times a month. We moved here from Seattle and this is the best pho in town. Authentic pho, great service. Note: 4% charge on credit cards. I recommend cash!
The fried tofu with veggies was delicious. My husband had the pork and shrimp, which was great also. The pork was thinly sliced and very flavorful. We also had fantastic service. Multiple people checked on us to ensure we liked our food. We will definitely visit this restaurant again in the future!
