The girl who took my order was a sweetheart took excellent care of me from the moment I walked in. I love afresh, warm, homemade tortilla! My husband, who eats everything, really liked his vegan burrito, although he felt the cheese wasn't necessary since it doesn't melt. Overall, the food was delicious, the staff was lovely, and the outdoor seating is great for enjoying the day without direct sunlight.

Unfortunately, they were out of the tamarind drink, and I noticed that the rajas option was missing from the menu. I visited during the Grand Avenue Festival, and I appreciated that the fillings are pre-made; they simply wrap the burrito upon order, which eliminated any concerns about cross-contamination. The tortillas and green salsa were excellent. I tried both the Colorado and picadillo burritos, and I highly recommend adding beans to your order. However, I wasn't a fan of the excessive use of Beyond Meat—I would have preferred a higher potato-to-fake-meat ratio. Despite that, it's definitely worth checking out this place. Be sure to try the Colorado burrito with green salsa!
