One of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Amazing service, knowledgeable staff and incredible food. The rock shrimp was to die for and the halibut was incredible!

The food was incredible and service was impeccable! Ingredients are local and ultra-fresh, and every menu item looked delicious. Every necessary precaution was taken due to yet the ambiance and atmosphere were warm and welcoming. The Chef even came to our table to say hello. Such a wonderful experience, will definitely return soon

Excellence years and counting. There is not another restaurant I would select or recommend as a favorite in the Phoenix metro area. Always consistent; highly trained staff who recognize your needs; innovative dishes served with flair; top-drawer wine list and bar selections. Victoria’s martini made with Plymouth gin was perfect, as always. First course was a tomato tartare salad; next was flank steak grilled med rare, complemented by a bottle of Cote du Rhône. There wasn’t room for a dessert. Next time. I’ve been coming to this restaurant since Mark opened it in There simply isn’t another restaurant of its caliber in the Valley.

Love Tarbell's. Part of it was feeling divinely led here to celebrate 2 years ago. Recently I was traveling on my birthday. I was going to stay in the hotel because of a leftover dessert, and take it easy. God wanted to bless me. Their seafood isincredible, everything is incredible. After finding out it was my birthday, they surprised me with this choc. mousse dessert. One of my favorite restaurants in the U.S. Go spend it, you're worth it.

This restaurant probably doesn't need a positive review given its following and history but there are a few things I want to highlight. First, dining at Tarbell's is a luxury experience. The menu is filled with a variety of entrees and other dishesthat cover a wide range of tastes. The service is impeccable with people teaming to ensure your every need is met. One ofthe most unique features is their willingness to split entrees if you are torn between two dishes. In my case, I had thechicken and seared halibut which you can see in the photo I posted. It's a wonderful way to extend your experience withoutadding cost. If you drink alcoholic beverages then be prepared to see your bill rise considerably. Mixed drinks and wine comeat a premium price. That is pretty typical for fine dining. The one dish I cannot recommend is the corn ribs appetizer. Ours lacked flavor and substance although it was interesting to look at. Really more of a novelty dish. I look forward to mynext visit there and always appreciate how delicious the food is and the masterful preparation of chicken, pasta, seafood andsteaks. It a gem that I hope will be with us for many years to come.
