Taco Bell - Phoenix

I occasionally go here, and this is good, and the presentation is very good. but today the presentation was great. burrito wrapped nicely, the gordita crunch looked like the picture. who made this lunch today has made a good job while he did it fast. they give this young a salary increase and a crisp high five.

The only reason I give 5 stars is because they brought back my 2 most favorite items. The Mexican Pizza The Cinnabon delights. Love love them both. So happy they are available again..Food: 5/5

Let me tell you about customer service???? This place should be the epicenter for ALL BUSINESSES when it comes to customer service! I was there last night a young man working drive thru super courteous, eye contact, with questions and answers to mine. Management should be proud of the 2 gentleman I met. Great job to the both of you young men. ?

For the past year this Taco Bell has had its lobby closed with a sign saying due to staffing shortages aka not enough pay to hire proper staff. Not only that but it is extremely inconvenient to wait behind 15 cars at the drive-thru line. This is completely due to incompetent management.

They didn't give me a single sose package and my kitsty Gordita crunch had nothing in it. I can't even believe they're packing this up and giving it to someone. it was pathetic.
