Unfortunately, the very bumpy ramp surface leading from the handicapped parking spaces to the store’s manual entrance doors proved to be hazardous in my experience. The uneven design caused me to lose control while pushing my walker, posing a risk of injury.

Despite... read more The food at Taco Bell was good, but my experience was disappointing. I placed an order through the drive-thru and was told to pull around front to wait. Despite seeing other customers come and go, my order of 3 fish and 3 shrimp items from the menu took over 20 minutes to arrive. There were no other customers when I ordered, yet the wait was excessive. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

There was no one availa... read more During our recent visit, we decided to dine in, but unfortunately, it seemed like this location was primarily focused on the drive-thru. There was no one available to take our order, which resulted in a wait of several minutes. After we finally placed our order, we noticed that we had been overcharged, and it took about 5 to 10 minutes to resolve this issue with the cashier. Throughout our wait for the food, several other diners were also expressing their frustration; at one point, another customer even had to shout, "Where is my bean burrito?" When our food finally arrived, it was just okay. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed; while they weren’t particularly friendly, they also weren’t rude.

The customer service was... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was old and tough enough that it felt like I could break my teeth on it. The customer service was the worst I've encountered, with staff rushing to take my order. I had to shout "excuse me" multiple times just to ask for sauce and even had to honk to get their attention; I’m not sure if they were deliberately ignoring me. The burritos were inedible—worse than McDonald's. Normally, this location is good, but today it was terrible. I spoke with someone who identified herself as Cayten, and after confirming her name, she repeated it twice. However, when I mentioned that I would be leaving a post about my experience, she gave me a different name, Jayden, and said I could come back for a replacement. I'm frustrated that I might not have spoken to the right person, and they also put the wrong sauce on my food. Overall, I'm very upset!
