I found the male staff member to be very rude when my partner tried to explain why I needed a specific order. He accused me of being a hypochondriac, which was very upsetting. I have a birth defect in my aortic valve and need open heart surgery. It was frustrating for him to accuse me of faking my condition. I was so upset that I almost resorted to drinking. I will not be returning to this Subway location as long as this staff member is still working there, unless he apologizes.

And they toasted the jalapenos with my sandwich, and that is always delicious.
