He greeted us with a big smile, made our sandwiches with care, and had such a positive attitude that it really stood out. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about his customers. Our food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made — but it was Freddy’s kindness and energy that truly made the visit special. Subway is lucky to have him! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered online a... read more Due to the high crime and regular police choppers circling this intersection, we usually get our sandwiches from the 16th St Camelback store. I ordered online and picked the wrong store, my first mistake. The guys were friendly, but would you serve yourmother a sandwich with burnt bread? This sucked, and is the first and last time we get from this store. My second mistake wasordering online for Subway, period. Every time...I mean EVERY TIME we order Subway online, something is always wrong with theorder. Either we walk in or go someplace else from now on.

One was incredibly good at her job, even when dealing with all of the 7 customers that came in after me. One struggled a bit, but wasdoing his best and very friendly.
