This is the best Subway I have ever visited in the city of Phoenix.
Due to the high crime and regular police choppers circling this intersection, we usually get our sandwiches from the 16th St Camelback store. I ordered online and picked the wrong store, my first mistake. The guys were friendly, but would you serve your mother a sandwich with burnt bread? This sucked, and is the first and last time we get from this store. My second mistake was ordering online for Subway, period. Every time...I mean EVERY TIME we order Subway online, something is always wrong with the order. Either we walk in or go someplace else from now on.
It was lunch time, not very crowded when I went in, only 2 people ahead of me.There were only two people working. One was incredibly good at her job, even when dealing with all of the 7 customers that came in after me. One struggled a bit, but was doing his best and very friendly.
I always love getting the meatball mariana! It’s so fire! The service is amazing! I always love coming to get a sub at night because Marisa has the best service and always knows how to make subs right! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
Freddy at Subway was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing from start to finish. He greeted us with a big smile, made our sandwiches with care, and had such a positive attitude that it really stood out. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about his customers. Our food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made — but it was Freddy’s kindness and energy that truly made the visit special. Subway is lucky to have him! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
