We were not greeted at the door or spoken to at all. We said hello and were just stared at. We all did the same sandwiches same toppings nothing fancy. I asked the lady for the restroom key so I could have my kids wash their hands.The lady said someone is in there when clearly we were the only people inside Our total was 46$ I gave her a 50 cash and shelooked at it threw it toward me and said oh we can?t accept anything over a 20. Clearly the change would of been less than 5$. So I said even though the change is 4$. She then proceeded to tell me that only certain occasions she will accept anything over20 but today wasn?t the day. So freaking rude. We will never go there again. Luckily I had my debit card with me or that wouldof been 5 wasted sandwiches

When we got home, our san... read more Had a really bad experience at Subway tonight. The purple-haired employee was rude and very dismissive, even skipping our order twice. When we got home, our sandwiches were incorrect. We called to report the issue, but the woman on the phone was unpleasant. When we visited the store to get the right sandwich, she showed no apology for the mistake. The sandwich was carelessly thrown across the counter at me. Such a waste of time and money, especially considering the menu offered.

Additionally, with over two hours left before closing, they were already out of many toppings. The menu options were limited to just white or wheat bread, and they asked if I wanted my takeout sandwich bagged. I won’t be returning to that location.
