Oh well- if you have a coupon, go to the location across the street at AZ Center. If not, there are about 10 places in the immediate vicinity where you can get much better meal for $12. This previously loyal customer won't be back.

The portion sizes are small, and if you request a little extra, they inform you it costs more—and they can be quite snarky about it. On top of that, the service is extremely slow. It seems they rely on the university traffic and don't feel the need to improve their operations. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Having worked in the food industry myself, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, their attitude did not seem to improve. I think I’ll look for better service elsewhere.
