You are ingenious On 9/29/21 at 7 p.m., What could have ended devastatingly, you continue to prepare my order and change the items that could not be made without hesitating. And this is exceptional customer service. They went beyond and beyond to ensure that our order was completed. Thank you. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. I just know you're amazing!

They... read more I am extremely disappointed! I ordered several footlongs through the app, but when I arrived to pick them up, the staff informed me they were out of bread. They offered to refund my money but were unsure how to process it and had to call someone for help. I was told I'd receive my refund in a few days. When I requested a receipt, they apologized and said they couldn't provide one. So, I paid for food, didn’t receive anything, and have no receipt to confirm my refund. This was the worst experience! I won’t be returning!

The employee inside stated they were not open, and when I asked for an explanation, she responded with an attitude, saying they were just closed. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
