### A Mixed Bag at Local Subway: Promising Sandwiches Amidst Service Woes This local Subway has potential, showcasing exceptional sandwiches that keep loyal fans coming back. However, the service experience leaves much to be desired. Customers have reported issues with inattentive staff, who seemed more focused on personal conversations than assisting patrons. Instances of poor hygiene, such as not changing gloves between customers, and lack of adherence to health guidelines have raised significant concerns. While some employees demonstrate commendable dedication and skill, others' lack of professionalism detracts from the overall experience. This establishment desperately needs to address these service inconsistencies to realize its full potential.

This place is gross! I normally like Subway but the young lady behind the counter wiped down the counter with her hand(with gloves on) and then handled money in the register and then made my sandwich without ever changing her gloves! It should bemandatory to change gloves between each customer. Hopefully the manager will make some changes on how food is handled. I'llnever step foot in there again.

I would rate this place a 5-star, but there were some issues. I arrived around 4:30 PM when it was quite quiet. There were two employees leaning against the wall chatting and one in the back. One of the employees greeted me, but didn't move to assist me. I stood there for about 20 seconds before the employee in the back, who was preparing some veggies, asked if anyone was going to help me. To my surprise, the other employees said no! I was taken aback by their attitude, as they seemed more interested in their conversation than in attending to customers. The employee in the back mentioned that the others could leave if they weren't going to help, which I silently agreed with. After that, he stepped in to help me and made a fantastic meatball sandwich while maintaining a positive attitude, despite clearly being frustrated with his coworkers. I appreciate the helpfulness of some employees here and will consider returning.

It could have easily been a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. I arrived around 4:30 PM to find the restaurant mostly empty. Two employees were casually leaning against the wall, while another was in the back. One of them greeted me with a "hello" but didn't come forward to assist. After standing there for about 20 seconds, the employee cooking veggies inquired if anyone could help me, only for all of them to respond with a "no!" They seemed more interested in chatting about their personal lives, with one mentioning that their mother was more important than serving customers. I also noticed them texting on their phones. Eventually, the employee from the back stepped up to help and made me a large meatball sandwich. Despite his coworkers' indifference, he maintained a positive attitude, which was commendable. While there are helpful employees here, the overall experience was disappointing.

I watched the staff make five sandwiches for one customer—mine, my boyfriend’s, and the person behind us—without changing gloves even once. To make matters worse, the woman preparing the turkey had it all over the knife, and the girl used that same knife to cut my tuna sandwich, so now I’m expecting turkey pieces in my tuna. I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for them to remake my sandwich since they hadn’t even finished preparing the bread. Overall, I was appalled. They didn’t follow any COVID guidelines either, crowding us all in a line instead of maintaining the six-foot distancing rule clearly posted throughout the store. Honestly, it was disgusting, and I thought this location was supposed to be one of the better ones in town.

This Subway location provided the worst experience I've ever had. We ordered a large number of sandwiches for a business lunch, but none were labeled, so my colleague had to spend a lot of time figuring out which was which. To make matters worse, half of the order was incorrect. When I spoke to the manager, Joe, he dismissed my concerns and told me to contact the district manager, explaining they were too short-staffed to handle our order properly. Because of this terrible experience, I will never visit Subway again and will continue to warn others about this store.
