I visited this place for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff member, Fabian, provided excellent customer service. I appreciated how he frequently changed his gloves and maintained a clean environment.

Half of their bread is unappealing, they often run out of the other half, and their oven is broken, so they suggest microwaving your sub.

I ordered a Turkey Footlong Sub and used a $6.99 coupon. I requested LESS TURKEY to reduce my cholesterol intake, but the sandwich was otherwise made as usual. I only ordered the Sub, yet my total came to $9.79! How is that possible? When I asked the sandwich maker about it, he informed me that I was charged for a Veggie Sub. Since I specifically asked for less turkey and received fewer veggies—like requesting 2 tomatoes instead of the usual 3—why was I charged more? If you want to attract more customers, you need to adjust your pricing accordingly. Thankfully, the manager was kind enough to refund me, and I appreciate that. Just be sure to check your receipts at the 67th/Thomas Rd location.

I have consistently had issues with this Subway location getting my orders wrong. I often spend $30 to $50 on meals for my family, either for pickup or delivery, but the staff seems to take advantage of the situation and not follow my requests. Just yesterday, I ordered for pickup and received a completely different order. The employee informed me that I was the only one who ordered for pickup, yet he still couldn’t explain the mistakes. He remade my order but added items that I hadn't requested and missed others entirely. It’s frustrating to spend this much and feel like my concerns aren't valued. I've attempted to reach out to management via email several times without receiving a response. I wouldn’t recommend this location as they don’t prioritize customer service or satisfaction; it seems they do whatever they want with the orders.

I waited for 10 minutes to place my order when a staff member finally appeared and said it would be another 5 minutes because he was busy with something. I decided to just leave.
