Provender: a good selection of beer and liquor, especially scotch, compared to other bars in Phoenix. Prices: reasonable for a more upscale bar. Parking: decent, they share a lot with Pei Wei and Starbucks. People: a bit more upscale than your average dive bar crowd. Perks: the entrance is on 7th. After entering, just walk up the stairs. The view from the second floor is nice. They have a more hip and upbeat vibe, playing trance type music. I believe they have DJs on certain nights also.
I really appreciate the music here, and the acoustics are great—unlike some venues where you have to yell to have a conversation or where the noise is just overwhelming. They feature DJs on Saturdays and Sundays, and the walls showcase local art, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff and patrons are incredibly friendly, and it's honestly one of the aspects of Phoenix that I will miss the most. Although my check-in count says seven, I think I’ve actually visited at least that many times just this month! They have an excellent selection of beers, cocktails, tequilas, and more. I could always suggest they stock more whiskey, but really, can you ever have too much? This is, without a doubt, the best bar in Phoenix any day of the week!
I’ve tried the margaritas on two separate occasions, and both times they were excessively sour—I opted not to order a second round. Some nights feature a DJ, but there's rarely anyone on the dance floor or even bobbing their heads. Most people just sit around, sipping drinks and watching others. It's a nice place for a casual Saturday afternoon, but not ideal for a lively Friday night out. As for the bar food, it's just okay—think frozen pizzas, hummus, and vegetables. You're better off eating before you arrive.
Came here on Friday night. It was packed but I think that was because there was a meet-up being held there. Drinks were reasonably priced but not strong. Should of got doubles. Any hoo, vibe was cool. The music was a little bit too techno and loud for me. It was really hard to hold a conversation in this place.
