Spending $30 on two coffees and two bagels should guarantee quality, but these fell short. The coffee was weak with a slightly sour flavor, and the bagels were so tough we struggled to tear them apart by hand. We visited before the spot rebranded from Provision to Seedhouse, but unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. It's disappointing because the patio and indoor space are fantastic, yet the food and drinks don’t live up to that atmosphere. I proceeded with my order, b... read more Before placing my order online, I verified that Seedhouse was open—everything online and even their phone line indicated they were. I proceeded with my order, but when I arrived, the restaurant was completely empty and closed. There was no notification on their Instagram or on the door explaining the closure. Calling the number only leads to an automated message with no option to speak to anyone or leave a voicemail, and the call disconnects afterward. Since they charged my account despite being closed, I plan to report this as fraud. I won’t be returning and definitely don't recommend this place. Instead, try La Grande Orange down the street.
