The honey cinnamon latte was quite enjoyable, and the cashier was friendly. However, the atmosphere felt impersonal—not in a trendy way, but rather generic. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
Their hot coffee is among the best in the area, surpassing offerings from nearby hotel brands. Press Coffee's location is conveniently within walking distance of the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix, making it easily accessible. In addition to coffee, Press Coffee offers a selection of baked goods, including empanadas. They have a special deal that includes an empanada and a coffee for just $6. While they do provide some gluten-free options, it isn't a major focus of their menu.
The restaurant is conveniently located near the hotel where we stayed, making it a great choice for breakfast. We were attracted by the sign advertising coffee and an empanada for just $6. They offered two flavors of empanadas: veggie and bacon. Both were delicious and satisfying—not too large, but just the right size to kickstart your morning. There was a variety of coffee options available, and we tried the house blend and the El Salvador variety. The El Salvador coffee had a fruity flavor, which might appeal to fans of Colombian coffee. I had hoped the house blend would be a bit darker, but it was still quite enjoyable.
Coffee was fresh, they had breakfast empanadas that were amazing! The staff was so friendly, we were there for vacation I recommend trying them out
