Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Phoenix

RAW CHICKEN WARNING After waiting 20 minutes this is what you get for $12 at this Popeyes. There was immense confusion, arguing and cussing behind the window while waiting for our orders. Meanwhile the manager stood inside zipping up her pants and not washing her hands. (She didn?t touch our food). Another girl had her cell phone in her hand the whole time. And this is what we got. Small pieces of chicken that was 60% batter. Most importantly, undercooked. Chicken should not be pink in the middle. The popcorn shrimp was essentially batter balls as well. And my Sprite was pure soda water. Tried to call 3 times and no answer. Popeyes has lost my business and hopefully others who read this post.

This Popeyes has went downhill fast! Chicken is overcooked. Staff is not friendly. Lines are backed up and the order is never right!!!

Worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to, I went last week and they totally got my order wrong I paid 13$ for a 4 piece white meal, got home I got 2 flat boneless breast called a got a free meal ok?. Went again tonight giving them a second go round paid 15$ For just 5 wings ok get home every single piece of chicken was burnt couldn?t even taste the Cajun seasoning, called the phone no one answers multiple times? this place needs to be shut down just horrible customer service at night. Someone from corporate needs to really check in on this store and do their job.

Went here tonight was told I would be waiting for five minutes for my food and then I waited 20 minutes never received my food went to the door which the lobby doors were locked and then when the manager came to the door she asked me what the problem was told her I never received my food showed my receipt and I have been waiting for 20 minutes. When the manager came back to the door told me they gave my food away, looked at me like there was nothing she could do about it. Before I could say anything else two more customers walked up and started talking one said I think I might have your food gave that to me. The other customers were confused why the doors were locked when one had a pickup and the other was waiting just like me. Then I left when I got home the meal was completely wrong nothing was correct except for the fries gave me 2 boxes of chicken and I ordered a nugget meal and 2 piece chicken tender spicy meal with fries. When I tried to call the line it was busy and I made multiple attempts at reaching the store. It was to late to go back out since I have children that needed to be in bed and I have work in the morning. Then when I called again finally rang and then just kept ringing, there was no answer and they were suppose to be open till 11pm there website says and on google says that so I was confused no answer and again why they were locking up that early. Extremely upset and disappointed will never go here again which is a shame since my family loves Popeyes and this location is closest to our home we moved too. I am hoping a manager sees this or someone from Corporate and fixes these problems because looking at the reviews this has happened before multiple times or similar situations, and seems like the staff don?t care at all. This is very sad for business, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go here to eat.

The dine in the opposite was closed 1 hour before the current business hours. They said they were just driving. after long wait in the car thru they said they were made of sandwiches. that was the only reason we left. we had to eat somewhere else. very disappointing. service: 1/5
