This was the worst dining experience ever. From the service to the food, it was a disappointment. If you want to make the most of your time and money, steer clear of this restaurant. When we went for lunch, the servers offered us donuts before we even ordered. While the gesture was nice, it was strange to have donuts before the meal. The food was mediocre, but the drinks, especially the mimosas, were watered down and unappetizing. The service was reminiscent of an old Balkan-style restaurant, which was unappealing for a place in Scottsdale. Additionally, we were charged for items we were not informed would incur a charge. Despite these items being listed on the menu, the restaurant failed to notify us that they would cost extra. We don't mind paying for what we order, but being charged for items offered without disclosure is unacceptable. Make sure to carefully review your bill, as we learned the hard way. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this restaurant to prevent a similar experience.

Nice, family owned restaurant. In today's world of restaurants chains, it refreshing to have a family owned restaurant that rises to the occasion.Kid-friendliness: Staff and owners are very attentive.

We have been coming to Pino since we moved to Arizona. It is always delicious, fresh, scratch cooking with wonderful recommendations from the owners, especially their desserts. We love the salads, lasagna and Branzino. There really isn’t any restaurant like it. Where else can you get wild salmon and homemade beef minestrone? We recommend it for any occasion. Its location is also helpful, near the Harkins 101 movie theater but you don’t have to go to the movies to enjoy a delicious and healthy

I cannot recommend this place enough! I go between their rushes so I’ve never seen it during dinner, but their patio and overall vibe is simply outstanding. Beautiful foliage and great music playing always compliment the delicious food and fresh espresso drinks. I always get the Monaco salad although, the beef carpaccio appetizer is a winner too. The service is personable and timely; they remembered me after two visits! I honestly feel like I’m enjoying my own tiny corner of Rome whenever I di
