Today, I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, and the waitress (who might be the owner) was kind enough to show me how it’s made. I absolutely love this place. They work incredibly hard!

If you go, allow time for service experience. I loved he Pho ga which is the chicken soup. I did try the spring roll with chicken. I will stick to traditional next time. The jasmine tea was lovely-loose tea and the pot was lovely. The plate of basil cilantro, sprouts, jalapeños a lemon instead of lime. It was clean and they had the door open for nice ventilation. I liked the atmosphere authenticity. Be patient allow the experience to unfold naturally! Yum

The broth was delicious – perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too sweet. I tried the cut beef and brisket pho; while the cut beef was tasty, the brisket was truly exceptional! It's a charming family-run spot, and I’ll definitely return whenever I'm in the area.
