Paz Cantina - Phoenix

First time there and the food was delicious and we liked that the chef even came out to talk to us....very satisfied with everything...and our waitress was very friendly

Great local spot to where I was visiting. Fun vibe. Good value food.

I made a reservation for 2. I would have given 5 stars but the our waiter was more focused on catering to the bigger group that came in after us. Food was great and tasty. Atmosphere was awesome on both the restaurant and bar. I'd go again for the food and hopefully it'll be a nicer experience.

Waitress Christine was fabulous and amazing! In spite that hostess gave our reserved table away inadvertantly, shots of tequila were a bit pricey! Food was good, but nothing to write home about, (My moms from Mexico) so hard critic to please on Mexican food. The litlle street tacos, were more of an appetizer thsn entreé. Enchiladas. So so? But the waitress Christine made up for it all! Even with my picky guest! The ambience is great, the bar and live band awesome after dinner. So all in all, our gruop raved about a fantastic time. Will recommend and return, for bar and music, but you could kick the food up a few notches on my totem! Thats from a real native Mexicsns son, who just ate moms Tamales and Banuelos a few weeks back.

I was taken back on how expensive it was and for the price I was expecting something like fresh made tortillas or a bigger plate. Im not a fan of the new layout. I was a huge fan of the first Paz... not so much this one.
