Papa Chevo's Taco Shop - Phoenix

Been going here for the last year since i work right by them and have yet to be disappointed. Food is always good and customer service has always been excellent for me each time going in!! If youve been curious of trying it out go give it a shot!

I went here and ordered the California Carne Asada burrito. I noticed as I was eating it, that it contained no guacamole or avacado. I assumed this was in error as that is kind of what makes it a California burrito. The first burrito was still good so I went again today to give it a 2nd chance, so before ordering I asked if the California has guacamole or avacado and was informed it does not. Very disappointed they don't have a true California burrito. Nothing else peaked my interest so went elsewhere for lunch.

This is a great little spot. I had a chicken tostada, and it was perfect shredded chicken breast. Rolled tacos are yum as well.

They have the best beans and tostadas. Idk what it is. But everything is good. The service is good. Place is always clean. ?? ?

The food at this place is indeed delicious. However, I had a disappointing experience with the management, as they attempted to mislead customers with inaccurate billing practices. When I ordered a meal along with an extra side of rice, I was charged separately for both, even though the rice should have been included in the meal. What's more frustrating is that despite the additional charge, I didn't receive the extra rice I had paid for.
