I'm really looking forward to Wildflower taking over this disaster.

I used the kiosks to place my order, but after selecting everything I wanted, I didn't receive a printed receipt. When my name was called, I discovered that my bagels were missing cream cheese. The staff member was quite rude, insisting that I hadn't ordered it and made me return to the counter to pay for cream cheese. My partner actually saw me select both sliced and toasted options, along with plain cream cheese. Finally, when I got to my table, I was disappointed to find that my bagel was not sliced and toasted properly. I had ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, but it had no hint of cinnamon—just an overpowering onion flavor. I recommend steering clear of this place.

However, today we received a turkey sandwich with absolutely no meat, and our Baja bowl was missing avocado. These ingredients are essential to the meal and we’ve already paid for them. It’s really disappointing. Just fulfill the order correctly and provide what’s expected. Is that too much to ask? I'm tired of feeling cheated, and I'm fed up with the low quality and subpar service!
