Panera Bread - Phoenix
Panera Bread
Description
This restaurant presents a dichotomy of experiences, leaving patrons divided. While some praise the delicious, healthy menu options and friendly staff, others lament poor cleanliness, subpar service, and disappointing food quality. The atmosphere is often described as comfortable, making it suitable for casual meetings. Highlights include tasty bakery items and popular dishes like Asian Chicken Salad. However, issues like inconsistent ingredient preparation and malfunctioning kiosks could deter future visits. For those who value service, friendly staff members like Britney stand out. Ultimately, diners' experiences greatly vary, making it essential to approach with tempered expectations.

Panera bread has changed and not for the better. Customer service sucks. As a former business owner and very successful. I would not hire some of those people working there. Food quality has changed and they have the nerve to charge you more money for less food on the sandwiches. Will never patronize this location or any other location. All they care about is making money and for food that has changed drastically and Customer service that should be improved. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I paid $16 for the green goddess with avocado and pepperoni for me to get home and open it and there's only one pepperoni and half the sandwich is just dry bread. never coming back to this location
Love this place for breakfast and lunch. Staff are always welcoming and place is always clean.
The restaurant is rarely clean, the kiosks never work, and the service from most staff, including the daytime manager, is poor. The sodas are often empty or taste strange. This is definitely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. If you enjoy Panera, I suggest avoiding this location because you will not enjoy your experience.
