They of... read more The restaurant experience was disappointing. Although they claimed there was no wait for a table, I ended up waiting an hour just to receive white rice. They offered various excuses, yet there were no visible signs indicating any problems. After making me wait 15 minutes, they informed me that nothing was available. Overall, this place was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Apparently, they're counting t... read more Worse panda express in the western valley. Ladies are so eager that they forget the nice customer service. The food has no taste. Apparently, they're counting the chicken that goes to the child's meal. My children got 7 slices of teriaky chicken in his meal. The manager is as rude as her workers, so there is no point in complaining about the bad service.

Eventually, I got out and went in, only to find that everyone had congregated in the back—apparently, there was a shift change or something at 8 PM. I ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging the delay. Arizona really needs to improve its customer service.

It's a hit or miss with this location. Establishment israther small and can get pretty crowded.
