Waited 1 1/2 hrs for the shuttle from The airport to the hotel in 112° . Nicest gal at check in Rosey! Woke up the first morning to awful, horrible coffee in my room, this single Keureg has never been cleaned blek!! Stepped out of my room into 6 of water. Monsoon filled the patio took off my shoes and waded through. Coffee in restaurant was great. A/C in meeting room was not efficient. Pool was great View all feedback.
What Kenneth Braden doesn't like about Palm Court At The Holiday Inn Suites Phoenix Airport North:
Staff likes to play on their phones more than they like to help customers. The rooms are way out dated, and the ac in the gym does not work. It was over 100 degrees. The pool is very filmy due to way too much chlorine. View all feedback.

I’ve never been treated so good in a hotel before! I’m impressed with the room, price and the staff. They accommodated us really well late at night, gave us awesome rates to extend the stay, delicious breakfast. 10/10 , such a beautiful place and close to the airport !
Stayed 3 night for work in the middle of the 110F heat wave. This was a great place to stay cool between the pool and the well AC’d room. Room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities one could want.I did have a problem with the front desk at night not being able to find a package for me, but luckily the moment desk clerk was able to find it super fast.Breakfast is not included $16) and operates out of Burger Theory which is attached to the back end of the hotel complex.Nearby activities: Quick access to the freeway system with Tempe and downtown Phoenix about equidistant awaySafety: Area seems safe. Hotel very well securedFood drinks: Burger Theory restaurant directly attached to hotel complex hosts breakfast, lunch and dinner
Um... run away!! This place sucks. A couple staff were great, shout out to Raul, but over all set in the heart of dope/hopker city. Dirty. Uncomfortable accommodations. Charge for parking in their own private lot. Food is at the atrocious restaurant attached to the facility. Just a joke. I wouldn't stay here again if they were paying me!!
