I should have listened to my inner voice. The floor was sticky, no ventilation, music was too loud. Only one person serving the entire restaurant although he was friendly. Ordered the polenta fries, they never made it out. Tried a Manhattan on the rocks...very disappointing for $18??!!. Tried the beef on weck with greens. Original Gravity is a fantastic woman-owned gastropub with exceptional food, a great craft beer selection, wine on tap, and a warm, welcoming vibe. The menu is creative and delicious — the burger and edamame were standout dishes for sure! Their rotating beer list features excellent local brews, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning in the future. A true neighborhood gem — highly recommend! This is a fantastic spot to unwind. It's easy to see why so many patrons are regulars here. The atmosphere is cozy, the drink selection is outstanding, and the food is amazing. The polenta fries were absolutely perfect, while the veggie tacos offered a wonderful blend of flavors. My boyfriend ordered the Impossible Burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries were excellent as well. We definitely plan to return! Vegetarian options: There are both vegan and vegetarian choices available.

We also enjoyed some local IPAs and a couple of cocktails. Everything was fantastic. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be regulars here. I highly recommend this hidden treasure!
My GF found this place, we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for drinks and lunch. It’s a bit off the beaten path so if you blink you’ll miss it. We had the Chicken Fried Cauliflower and Beef on Weck with Parm Fries…both were fantastic. We’ll be back.Food: 5/5
I loved everything about this place! The server and chef were exceptional—friendly and engaging throughout our meal. The drinks were unique and delicious, and the made-from-scratch food was amazing. My friend had the buffalo chicken, and the sauce was absolutely spot on. I went for the monster beef dip sandwich paired with sweet potato fries, and it was divine. We also enjoyed the hummus and beignets, which provided a delightful and memorable dining experience.
I've been to this great little bar restaurant before and I remembered really liking it. Going back a couple years later, they have elevated the experience with a menu of a lot of basics done exceptionally well. It's a hip little place and a modern plaza in Central Phoenix with a nice patio, a good size bar, and table seating. Great service from Genesis and 20 beers on tap along with a nice wine and cocktail selection. Try the polenta fries, garlic hummus was excellent and I don't know what they do to the french fries, but there's something with the texture that makes them stand outParking: This is located in a small plaza with a narrow parking lot that surrounds the outside. We found parking okay, but if it was any busier I could see where it would be an issue

Everything was so salty. My wife's entree cam out with the appetizer. She was finished eating before my entree even came to the table.
What a happy accident it was to stumble across Original Gravity! Loved everything the food, the service and the vibe. We’ve already gone back, this time with a friend, and have told lots of people about this fun and funky place.
Took my wife out for lunch. we went to the Bevy and found nothing on the menu and had to jump through many hoops to get on the wiFi to view the menu. then found out the menu did not have all of the available items??? So we went to Original Gravity. It was very cold inside so we sat outside on the patio. Our waiter was awesome and he had great suggestions. We both had different salads and the egg roll. The food was amazing...

Our Valentine's Day reservation was canceled at the last minute, and although I felt disappointed, I couldn't be happier that we ended up at Original Gravity! This place exceeded all my expectations! The food was outstanding, and the service was fantastic. We will definitely return without a doubt!
