Ocean Prime stands out as an exceptional dining experience. The lobster bisque is the best I've ever had—smooth and buttery, complemented by generous chunks of lobster. Experience was average. Definitely not to standard we experienced last year. Waiter was rarely seen and requested birthday dessert wasn't acknowledged by waiter. I had followed up and was assured verbally that dessert request and presentation was all set when confirming reservation. Waiter had no clue and ruined surprise by bringing dessert menu. Wonderful anniversary dinner. Rose leaves on our table, complementary Dessert, Jason our server and Jagger the General Manager could not have been more attentive! Our meals were wonderful. The rest of the staff was polite and really interested in us. It couldn't have been better! Bravo!
Beautiful atmosphere and decoration and even better food. Incredible service and recommendations. I started with the lobster bisque, the table side is prepared. Wow, delicate pieces of crab and a bisque that is smooth, creamy and packed with taste. So delicious. I also became towards the Chilean Sea Bass, from my server at the bar. Lol! The sea bass was extremely tender and fluffy and cooked for perfection. I swore with every bite and eat it as soon as possible because it tasted THAT well. Definitely recommend for delicious seafood. They won't be disappointed.
Andrea and I had a wonderful dining experience on Saturday driving down from Sedona for our "date night on steroids. We were seated in Booth 32 with a great view of the dining room. Our server Marcus was fantastic. We really enjoyed the Ocean Prime house salad, teriyaki salmon, and chophouse corn. Thank you, Ocean Prime for a great evening.
The food and server who waited on us and took our orders were great. This restaurant needs some work in the following areas; enforce a dress code. If this is fine dining, then don 't let people in with baseball caps, flip flops and jeans. Don 't allow fine dining to be dumb-downed. The face of the restaurant is the front desk that seats its clientele. The girl at the front desk said, we 'll get you sat, in a few minutes. English was not her first language. And, when the manager made his rounds to our table, we talked to him about the above concerns and his answers were woke. This manager needs to get more schooling on how to answer customer concerns.
