Mcdonald's - Phoenix

I ordered from DoorDash and was incredibly surprised by the results. I was expecting standard fast food, but we received something exceptional. The order was neatly packed, surprisingly delicious, and none of it was soggy despite the 15-20 minute journey to our apartment. While this was from McDonald's and not likely to happen again, we are willing to give it another try.

Every time we order from this restaurant, something is always missing. This time, it was a 10-piece McNuggets. It's disappointing when someone doesn't receive their full meal.

This is the second time I have ordered from this restaurant, and once again they forgot to include items in my bag that I had purchased.

The bread buns were tough and the chicken nuggets were dry and hard. The overall flavor of the food seemed stale, as if it had been left out for too long. It felt like I was served old food.

I always find the drive-thru at this restaurant to be extremely busy when I stop by for breakfast on Saturdays or Sundays between 6AM-7AM. However, they run the breakfast drive-thru smoothly and efficiently like a well-oiled machine. The food I order always tastes fresh and looks appetizing.
