McArthur's Located in Arizona Biltmore hotel and featuring a sit down restaurant and bar equipped with foosball and billiards, McArthur's was neither spectacular nor dull, but the service was lovely and it was easier than ordering delivery. We used our $50 myway credit for this meal and ordered the tuna tartare $28) and AZ Signature Craft Burger $32). The tuna tartare was a sad attempt at something good and was more black bean than tuna but at least they had avocado. Honestly I would skip this if I were you. The signature craft burger, on the other hand, was utterly delightful. It was so thick and juicy and every ingredient contributed to the overall flavor. I'm not a burger fan, but I'd clock this as one of the top three burgers I've ever had. This is also coming from someone who prefers more vegetables in their burger. Be prepared: it's a heavy meal! I did appreciate that they were open until 11 PM but otherwise, I probably would have reserved my dining experience for breakfast with them given that their menu was definitely more impressive during that mealtime than dinner. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Signature AZ Craft Burger

We ate at McArthur’s three times during our stay because the food was consistently amazing. Breakfast omelets were fluffy and packed with flavor, lunches were fresh and fast, dinners were elegant and delicious. This restaurant is a gem in the Biltmore. Our server, Ashley, was attentive and amazing at dinner. The food was excellent, with all the items we ordered meeting our expectations. However, I was disappointed with Marissa, who took our orders for breakfast and lunch on different days. We typically leave a tip of 20-30% depending on the level of service, but we only tip on the subtotal before taxes. I was surprised when Marissa changed our total to a higher amount without clarifying with us. Despite providing basic service, I still left a 20% tip for her. Our meals, including the Steak and Truffles Pizza, Asian Salad, Seabass, Banana Colada, and Strawberry Smash cocktails were all delicious. The fish tacos were not our favorite, but the batter was light and crispy, making them enjoyable. We also tried the Cheesburger fries for brunch and enjoyed the Banana Cheesecake to celebrate our anniversary.

The dinner at this restaurant was fantastic! However, the breakfast was just okay, not as impressive. The portions are ridiculously expensive compared to other restaurants in the area.
