However, today, when I got home and was ready to enjoy them, I... read more I would give this place 2 stars. Usually, when I order my wings, they come out perfectly cooked. However, today, when I got home and was ready to enjoy them, I discovered that the chicken wasn't fully cooked. When I called to let them know, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to prepare a new order quickly, the employee told me to bring the wings back so they could cook them for an additional 5 minutes. No, thank you—I would prefer a refund.

I don?t know how the owner expects these employees to give great customer service and work hard when they have been without a/c for over a month. I come in everyday and the heat is unbearable! This is Arizona outside temperatures are 110 degrees I could imagine being next to a fryer. The owners do not take care of the workers the way they should be taken care of!

Doors to the lobby were closed early. Pulled up to the drive thru and told to wait. We ordered over $60 in food told to pull to the front next... read more We were not able to use our 20 piece coupon, said in their system fir 3 cole sales 2 mashed potatoes. We ordered over $60 in food told to pull to the front next to the SUV we did, waited over 20 minutes, tried to ask a gentleman how much longer, hehumbled they will let me know, as the dining room was already closed not even 9pm mind you as the sign says it's open till 10pm.I tried calling the location multiple times no answer so I knocked on the door as they were cleaning the dining area. Come tofind out over 30 minutes later our food was giving to some one else, they will give us s refund. We have s family of 6 that wasat home waiting for dinner, no remorse or sympathy. This is ridiculous!!!
