I usually don't share my experience or leave reviews, but I felt the need to share with a residence in laveen for over 10 years. When I came in, a door-disc driver waited patiently for the register. the young lady helped pack his bags and swing them when they met their knees and a bag fell on the floor. I took it up and gave it to him without apology. she came to the register and asked if we were ready and rolled her eyes and just went away and said let me know when they are. she left us waiting for 5 minutes in register, and then someone else helped us. she was friendly the dame went into the kitchen and began to slip kartoffels and mac and bee in the dishes beat her and caused a scene. when I watched her, she made my food and took my bungalow and my patty with no gloves no hand washing nothing! I then asked about a manager and asked if they could have their wearing gloves and they told her: “They only put one on “I feel so bad for their fellow workers, as all this happened, they only did not understand why they acted as such. I just hope that the customer service will improve here for free. I would never eat here again. go to the one on the central and basic line. 100% perfect costume service

As a chef im surprised u serve poor food. No in not shocked u guys don't care. To lazy to care about your job and the guest. Seems your manager is the same. I know i won't get refund but u all need to be retrained

The food was terrible, with excessive amounts of fat on the chicken and overcooked, burnt pieces. It was so bad that even dogs would eat better quality food. The only positive aspect was the customer service. I am requesting a refund for my unsatisfactory experience.

Green beans cold as if someone just dumped a can of green beans. Mac Cheese cold awful. Looking like coldbutter mixed-up. Chicken looked iffy plus it only had a drumstick tip. I packed everything up and returned with a quickness! Terrible with a capital T!

Despite going through the driv... read more Consistently disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed a small order on my mobile device with a pick-up time of 6:07. Despite going through the drive-thru, I was told to wait outside for my order. After waiting a while and receiving no service, I had to go inside the store. My food wasn't ready until 6:31, and I found out that other customers who also used the drive-thru were experiencing long waits of over 20-25 minutes as well. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delays, and no offer of even a water cup while we waited. Unfortunately, this type of subpar service seems to be a regular occurrence at this location. Proceed with caution if you choose to dine here.
