The manager of this establishment is quite disappointing! If you're looking for a place that values respect, this may not be it. In my opinion, there’s a serious issue with her approach. While the environment felt safe, I believe it's time for a new manager who demonstrates professionalism. I was extremely dissatisfied with Jessica’s attitude. I hope she learns to treat people better, so that others won’t have to experience this lack of respect.
I rated it 4 stars because I only get food here once in a while, but I have to say, their vanilla shakes are some of the best I've ever had—absolutely amazing! Who would have thought?
